What does ♓ mean?
♓ is Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac. The glyph shows two arcs facing away from each other, joined by a horizontal bar: two fish tied together by a cord, as they are in Greek and Roman star lore. Pisces covers about 19 February to 20 March.
Pisces has a special place in astronomy. The March equinox point, still called the First Point of Aries and written ♈, has drifted into the constellation Pisces because of the slow precession of Earth’s axis. That drift is why astrological signs no longer line up with the constellations of the same name. In branding, ♓ is sometimes chosen simply for its tidy, symmetrical shape.
